Visits to our care homes

Updated: 6 November 2020

Parklands Care Homes has resumed visits to its care homes in line with guidance published by the Scottish Government. The guidelines in place are designed to enable more people to meet their loved ones in a safe and controlled manner.

Currently, one designated visitor can visit indoors for up to an hour. Outdoors, up to six visitors from two households can visit at any one time. All visitors must adhere to social distancing guidelines and wear face coverings. Visits are strictly by appointment only.

For our residents who are unwell or are frail, we will continue to offer phone and video communication with loved ones.

Please contact the relevant care home manager for more information.
